Homemade Black Bean Veggie Burger

this is a very easy recipe that I tried yesterday for the first time, It was so good that I wanted to share it with you, hopefully someone out there tries it sometime. Please comment if you have any questions, or what to share cooking tips. 

this is a vegetarian recipe meaning I am not using meet but I am using some animal products such as milk and eggs.

Ingredients:  onion, garlic, bell pepper, cumin, cooked black beans, bread crumbs, burger buns, cheese,tomatoes, avocado, jalapeno, mayonnaise.     

  •   you start chopping onions, garlic and a bell pepper, it could be red or green pepper whatever you have in hand, just throw everything into the food processor and start chopping.

  •   once everything is finely chopped, on a skillet fry the mix with a little oil to reduce the spiciness of the garlic and onion, trust me this will make them taste much better, 

  •   add cooked black beans and some cumin to the skillet and mix everything together, you can add breadcrumbs to make it easier for the mix to stick, season with salt to taste.

  • finally prepare the burgers like you normally would, add the vegetables you like, I used some sliced tomatoes, avocados and jalapenos. if you what use mayonnaise and cheese,
